The Vamps paid a bit of an homage to Fifth Harmony and Harmonizers are feeling some type of way about it.
Drama between The Vamps and Fifth Harmony has been dead and gone for quite some time, but it looks like the boy band’s latest cover is stirring up that icky drama again.
It’s been well over a year since drama between The Vamps and Fifth Harmony blew up all over Twitter. If you need a refresher, Lauren Jauregui and Brad Simpson used to date and after they broke up, The Vamps’ lead singer made a not-so-cool comment about his ex that was taken way out of context.
Anyway, the boy band is showing the world that there’s no bad blood between them and the girl group by covering Fifth Harmony’s latest single, ‘That’s My Girl’ at BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge.
Of course, Harmonizers started freaking out over the cover. While some fans couldn’t let go of the crazy, drama filled past, many were very vocal about how much they enjoyed the cover in the video’s comment section. I mean, how could you not enjoy this version of ‘That’s My Girl?’
Sure, they’re no Fifth Harmony, but they did a pretty good job.
